The instrument table is a visit, not a display case. LogoFil brings one or two instruments into a classroom and lets people hear the difference the catalogue keeps insisting on: a reed is not a flute, a lyre is not a psaltery, a drone is not a decoration under the tune.
The institution on the record is LogoFil. The location is wherever the table is invited. Schools and other hosts can be named on the entry once a visit has actually happened; this page will not invent a partnership in order to look established. Photographs from those visits replace the plug, one session at a time. A recording made in the room can be attached to the instrument itself, so the project and the catalogue point at each other.
The aim is modest and concrete. After an hour, “aulos” should be a sound the room has argued about, not a word that was pronounced correctly and forgotten.
